WHO WE ARE
After taking her first rhythm-based indoor cycling class in 2011, owner Megan knew she had found her purpose: to bring joy, passion and movement to others.
Today, Heights Cycle is proud to call Palos Heights home. We’re an inclusive, high-energy studio where every rider belongs, no matter how many times you’ve walked through our doors. Our expertly trained instructors bring passion, personality, and heart to every class, delivering challenging workouts, unforgettable playlists, and a vibe that will keep you coming back.

our classes

BOLT is our drill-based, performance-driven class. Light weights may be added for upper-body strength work. Expect speed, strength, and power intervals intermixed with endurance efforts.
Best for: Warriors, Bad Asses, Rebels, Toughies, Outdoor Riders, Cycle-paths.
This class is non-stop, high-energy, and challenging (but accessible) to all fitness levels. -
ASCEND is our rhythm + intervals class. We let the music be our guide while infusing intervals, endurance, choreography, and upper body work into the ride. We engage the mind, body, and spirit with an extra dose of mindful motivation.
Best for: Warriors, Dancers, Zen Masters, Music Lovers. This class is not “easier”, but different, with more of a focus on motivation and music. Appropriate for all fitness levels. -
PEAK is our beat-based, choreo-heavy, cardio sweat-fest! We target multiple fitness aspects in this ride: agility, balance, and endurance. But you won’t notice that… you will be having too much FUN! This class infuses advanced upper-body movement that is not recommended for new riders. We encourage you to attend 2-3 Bolt or Ascend classes before attempting Peak.
Best for: Dancers, Party People, Music Lovers, and Endurance Junkies. Best for experienced riders.

The Basics: New Rider FAQs

We are located at 7224 W College Drive in Palos Heights, across the parking lot from the big Starbucks just West of Harlem. There is usually plenty of parking, but the lot can be congested in the evening, so allow a few extra minutes if you’re attending in the PM!

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early so can help you set up your bike, give you a tour of the space, and introduce you to your instructor!

Wear comfortable workout attire (leggings, fitted pants, or shorts) and and athletic shoes. If you have cycling shoes, feel free to bring them! Our bikes accommodate SPD cleats.

If you have to cancel your ride within 24 hrs. or more, you can do so online or in-app. If you need to cancel last-minute (life happens, we get it!), please give our studio a call at 708-671-8729 so we can accommodate any waitlisted riders.
